With the scale of infrastructure projects going up, the need for highly qualified and experienced resources has been increasing. Often, adequate resources are not available in the country/region. All the big infrastructure consultancies in the world have been using their HVE/Global Design Centers (GDC) in developing countries to augment this need for resources, while keeping the costs competitive.
